You may be wondering why

We never said goodbye

But this feeling is so strong

'Tis been there for so long.




Once more pass we this way,

Emotions going astray;

Exceeding control bounds.

If they're trying to pull me down

Then, never give up I will;

when He comes and i am in still,

Bask shall I in the glow of your love,

Swept by the flow of the joy above.




Yet another battle is won:

Against sin and self, Love holds on;

Once more- Hope swaying strong.

Now the accuser is off awhile

And though, there ain't a place on earth to hide,

Because I'm safe in Christ, my flame isn't left to die.
